For this occasion, I was curious to experience different types of bread: I bought a fresh baguette from the local bakery, sliced whole bread, and a cousin of the brioche, La Gâche (way more delicious). As for toppings, I had my maple syrup from Michigan, my Mom's jam, and fresh fruits. French Toast is what we call Pain Perdu, also I've always thought both were different!
