Our monthly Michelin journey lands us at Braci. Braci serves Italian cuisine and we fell in love with the bread even before the starters came up!
Interestingly, this special bread is protected by the law - what?!
Service was excellent, there's even an amazing view of the Singapore River - especially so if you come at night to their rooftop bar.
We then strolled to the nearby Asian Civilisations Museum - free entry for Singaporeans/PR to the permanent gallery. We were impressed by the vast collection and enjoyed our time there.
