If you have no self-control, don’t make these rosemary maple almonds… you’ll eat the whole batch 😝
Ingredients:
2 cups raw almonds
1 Tbsp olive oil @getgraza
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
¼ tsp garlic powder
½–1 tsp salt @maldonsalt
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Spread almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
2. While they toast, heat olive oil in a skillet. Add rosemary and garlic powder. Sauté for 2–3 minutes (don’t let it brown!).
3. Add toasted almonds and salt to the skillet. Stir to coat.
4. Drizzle in maple syrup and stir again.
5. Spread almonds back on the baking sheet. Lower oven to 200°F and bake for 10–15 minutes to set the coating.
6. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Sweet, savory, and seriously addicting. Save this one—you’ll crave it.
