How I gained confidence in the last 10 years
Watching the most famous motivational speakers around the world always astonished me. I couldn’t imagine how these kind of people can mesmerize their audience with their words and they are shining so brightly that even blind people can recognize them thanks to their confidence.
And I was like – well, if I can achieve 20% of this level of confidence, I would be supper happy. It took me a while to understand that gaining confidence is something which is learnable. Certainly, some people are naturally gifted but I also saw the complete opposite when somebody was confident because of their own ego. I’m not looking for that kind of confidence.
But how can you start to believe in yourself and build confidence? Well, it can be done in many different ways, but let me share with you my own researches, which also helped me to gain confidence.
