This is actually a pretty complicated video. I'd strongly recommend you to watch it instead of skipping through and reading here. But basically, we have new arcanes now, and pre-existing arcanes got buffed, and Focus 3.0 brings extra buffs into play.
Molt Augmented and Sling Strength together give us enough strength that Pillage armor strip is stronger than Roar for your Shadows since you can strip 92% armor off easily on Nekros now. Pillage doubles as shield gate without needing Brief Respite or Augur sets. It also scales better off duration, which is a more important stat for Shadows than Range. It's also cheaper to cast. It also has better strip scaling. Consider replacing Terrify instead of Soul Punch, because Soul Punch can be used to mark priority enemies to turn into Shadows.
Theorem Infection still buffs his Shadows well and snapshots buff stacks. Theorem Infection tracks elemental buffs separately, so you can get both the buff from Toxin and Electric to make Corrosive, for a 720% damage buff, or Toxin and Heat if facing Infested, or pure Toxin against Corpus. Cascadia Flare makes it super easy to set up your pistol without requiring kill stacks in advance of traditional weapon arcanes. Consider running Dexterity on your Kitgun primary instead since you will be using Glaive Prime a lot to crowd clear. Glaive Prime, Panzer Equilibrium synergy with Synth set, Magus Elevate proccing when setting up Sling Strength, and Despoil will all serve to offset the health drain from...well, Despoil. We even save slots from using Power Transfer focus node instead of Natural Talent to cut down on his 4's animation. The new eximus units also synergize well here due to their aura buffs, higher tankiness and damage capabaility. This is the true scaling height of Nekros' Undead Army! Have fun!
