City contractor digs hole into Toronto couple's home
A contractor repairing a sidewalk for the City of Toronto has left a couple with devastating damage to their home and business. The city at first said the couple was on the hook for co-ordinating and paying for the repairs but has since said it will conduct temporary repairs and work on permanent restoration next week.
