One Piece World Seeker: All Post Game Boss Locations and Fights (Extreme Difficulty)

This video shows the location of where bosses spawn randomly
after you beat the game. (Times will be posted below)
The best way to farm the bosses is to save the game where they
spawn, and keep reloading the save file until they appear.
Akainu will only spawn in Chapter 15, and I'm pretty sure you
have to beat the Navy's fleet side quest first.
I heard rumors that smoker will spawn in a navy base in Steel
City, but I couldn't find him anywhere in the city, so I don't know.
If you are looking for Akainu, Kizaru, Fujitora, or Kuzan, you can
also do the side quest "Navy's Fleet" and they will always spawn.

Go to 26:27, it shows who you have to talk to in chapter 14. It also
shows the quest completed later on in the video.
This video would have came out earlier today, but it my video
recorder corrupted the file right at the end of my recording, and
the recording was about 3 hours long. lol
