Skooma Addict Can’t Stop Glitching In Place | Oblivion NPC
This one needs quite the patch I’d wager. As much as I love quality NPC dialogue, I cannot omit such a prolific glitch from these archive records. Remember, when traveling over yonder, DON’T FOLLOW THE LIGHTS!
