How To Build a Dodge Challenger RC Car
Ok, so the Dodge Challenger has been an iconic car from decades ago, more specifically in the late twentieth century and I must say that she is still a very good looking car today. This is one car that the average middle age man can be seen driving around the city as he relives his youth. If you are a lover of American muscle then this is definitely the car to own at least once in your lifetime.
If you do not have the money to shell out on the real thing you can at least play around with a scaled down model car, in this case a lovely little radio controlled model like the one that I build in this video.
I received the kit in parts and I start by building out the main drive assembly, ensuring that the gears are lubricated and are installed the correct way. I then show how I install the DC motor and main switch to complete the main drive assembly.
Once complete, I then assemble the steering assembly, install the radio receiver, which is in the form of a PCB (printed circuit board) and then I solder all of the wiring in place while ensuring that I connect the main drive and steering motors with the correct polarities.
I then complete the build of the model RC Dodge Challenger car by installing the car’s body on the main chassis. I then do an overview of the completed build before I install the batteries and take the car for a little test drive.
