New Riding Arena . . . DISAPPOINTING. || Star Stable Online
I honestly don't even know what to say- so I'm going to be as polite as possible. I will never be untruthful to you guys. I am extremely disappointed with the update of the new Riding Arena. We specifically asked that the SSO Team KEEP the sand lines. There have been many, many comments, stories reposted, videos made on how essential our lines and meter points are to the dressage community, yet they chose to ignore it. They make a huge point about "appreciating feedback!" Yet they don't take it, even when thousands of people have practically begged, over and over, for our beloved lines. We've spent YEARS adapting to the arena lines and making the most of it, then they just wipe it away entirely. I'm not saying that the other parts of the update itself are bad, the interior and exterior design are not my favorite but they're still pretty, the café, camera angles, bleachers and general decorations are all beautiful, and sure they made those wonderfully, but they ignored what we stressed most. For a company that cares so much about marketing, they sure as heck are going to lose lots of money from the players that quit due to this. There have been lots of people who've said "it saddens me to see such awful behavior just because your 'dots and lines' are not there." So you're telling me that constructive criticism is awful behavior? We've been nothing but kind to the team, and we are their largest player base, after all. It may just be "dots and lines" to you, but it was everything to us. Please fix this, Star Stable. #bringbackoursandlines.
