With change channels you can create better animations, you just need creativity and practice, have fun!
STEPS
Composition 1920x1080 with black background
1 - Create a white solid
2 - Resize the solid
3 - Create an animation by changing the position values of the white solid object
4 - Select the keyframes and press the right button to show the options menu
4.1 - Select easy ease
5 - Apply: Effect - Channel - Change channels
5.1 Switch to Full Off The Red and Green Option and switch the Blue to Full On
5.2 Duplicate the solid layer to change the values of the Shift Channels effect
5.3 Turn Full Off The Red and Blue Option and turn Green to Full On
5.4 Duplicate the solid layer to change the values of the Shift Channels effect
5.3 Change Full Off The Green and Blue Option and change Red to Full On
6 - Select the entire layer and change the opacity to ADD
7 - Move the timelines to create a motion delay between layers
