There are two in the game, located in both the northern and southern areas of Tevyat. You’ll need to be at least Adventure Rank Level 16 to unlock them.
You will see now the (1) Cecilia Garden - which is just west of Mondstadt. You will need to go through a short process to unlock this area, which involves guiding four wandering spirits to their shrines.
And the (2) The Hidden Palace of Lianshan Formula, which is located near Mingyun Village in Liyue (the southern Liyue region of the map). Which I will make a video later when I get there.
