When we go on our fishing trips, we always have a wok in our boat. Since our camp kitchen is not complete without this pan. We cook everything on it and always, and it is very tasty. In this video you will see the preparation of rice noodles with vegetables, this is a very simple and very tasty dish.
Rice noodles are a type of pasta shaped like long, elongated strips made from rice flour. It is considered a national product of Asian, in particular Japanese and Chinese, cuisine.
The color can be white or white-grayish, the texture is dense, elastic after cooking. Pronounced nutty or bean aftertaste, but the hint of rice is weak. Often confused with funchose, bean starch vermicelli, but this is a completely different product.
The product does not have a direct therapeutic effect, but it is worth paying attention that, on average, the Japanese and Chinese get sick less than Europeans, and live longer. Scientists attribute this to an increased number of dishes with rice in the diet. The composition of this pasta, made according to the classical technology, includes only flour and water.
Here is our recipe, we cook it all the time, it is very tasty, and everyone who has tried it at least once likes it ..

INGREDIENTS:
1) Refined olive oil for frying.
2) A pack of rice noodles 300 - 400 gr.
3) One medium carrot.
4) Three medium bell peppers of different colors.
5) One large onion.
6) Soy sauce (take not very salty)
7) One lemon.
8) Korean seasoning ( Ground basil, ground coriander, crushed nutmeg, ground fenugreek, ground chili pepper, ground black pepper.)
9) Super chili crushed.
10) Curry.
11) Sesame.
12) Greens, dill, parsley, green onions.
Heat the wok and oil to high heat, put the finely chopped vegetables and fry for about four minutes.
Add pre-cooked rice noodles to vegetables, mix well and pour plenty of soy sauce, then fry constantly stirring for three minutes, add seasonings and stir fry for another four minutes.
Before serving, squeeze the juice of one lemon, add sesame seeds, mix well and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
