While Florida's current Constitution seems standard, the journey of getting to this point was a combination of bad timing, poor choices, and bizarre circumstances.
It's important to understand the past to appreciate the present. There's obviously a lot more information about the history of this document that I researched for this video that did not make it into a ten minute video.
