Page Numbers starting from a specific Page (e.g. from Page 3 with Number 1) – Word Tutorial
In this Word tutorial for beginners I show how to insert the page numbers only from a specific page on. In my video, I show as an example how to insert page numbering only from page 3. Of course, the numbers can also be integrated only from page 2, 4, 5, 6 or a later page.
This is very easy with the page breaks, with which you can divide the pages into sections. With the different sections you can set the footer with the page numbering for each section separately.
Additionally, in this tutorial I will show you how to start the count back at 1. For example, you can start on page 3 with page number 1.

I'm using Microsoft Office #Word 2021 in this #Tutorial, but also with other Word versions (e.g. Word 2007, Word 2010, Word 2013, Word 2016, 2019 or Office 365 Word) you can change the #PageNumbers to insert only from a certain page. You can also do this with Microsoft Office for Mac or of course with alternative open source solutions like OpenOffice or LibreOffice.
