this error is occurred dueto storage problem in android phone,so once unmount and mount your sd card the error is fixed.

Goto settings-apps-all-google play store and google play services
Now click clear data option.
Solution:2
Goto settings-storage
unmount and mount your sd card.
Finally again goto google play store the error is fixed.
