So I wanted to design a small NLP technique to stop worrying.

There are different ways to go about applying this technique:
1. Use it in the moment,.
2, Use it to rehearse a moment in the future where you know that you will start worrying.
3. After the fact, you go back to the moment int time where you started worrying and experienced the corresponding emotions.
