[How To] Play F.E.A.R. 3 LAN Online Tutorial (Tunngle Optional)

Important notes:
1) Game doesn't have LAN, but using the fixed files you can defeat the system.
2) In your Steam program, make sure the download region location for client and host is the same.
3) It helps that both players have low pings towards each other.

Tips and Tricks:
1) If you cannot connect to the host, it helps well if you restart smartsteam and the game.
2) The game uses these ports, helps if you open them too: 4098-4101 TPC\UDP, 8766 TCP\UDP, 27016 TCP\UDP
