This tutorial will show you how to create civil wars in Hearts of Iron 4 and the various parameters you can use to modify the civil war according to your needs.

Civil War Code:

NOTE: I HAVE CHANGED THE CODE AFTER SOME TESTING, YOU DON"T NEED THE LINES PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED IN THE LESSON, THE FOLLOWING WILL DO JUST FINE. THE PREVIOUS SYNTAX CAUSED CIVIL WARS TO BE SPLIT INCORRECTLY.
