A little after 1:00 PM on the 28th of July 2007, police officers and paramedics were called to a third-floor apartment in Rockaway Queens and found 55-year-old Eric Goodridge on the floor. He was handcuffed, and his mouth was stuffed with a towel secured by duct tape. The police checked for a pulse. There was none. He was dead. At first, officers couldn't figure out how he died, but they soon realised something was missing. It was his p*nis. It had been cut off and was nowhere to be found.
