Just wanted to do a quick update as I had received the lights for the Model Y.
Installation is a bit different compare to the Model 3.
Note that these lights works 100% on later production Model Y.
Meaning both wires can be connected and you can have both sequential turn signal AND rain light (blinking brake light) to work at together.
Late production Model Y = if you have Amber Turn Signal and your brake light is on the outer "C" section of the tail light (rather than the short horizontal bar in the middle of the tail lights)
Driver side is easier, as you can use the tow hook opening as access point to pop the OEM indicator as well as catching the wire. SOO much easier this way.
Passenger side is similar to the Model 3, you will have to squeeze your hand behind the bumper, and I ended up slicing the tiny square hole bigger to make it easier to run the connectors through.
