Паэлья-национальное испанское блюдо.Паэлья раньше считалась обычной едой валенсийских крестьян.Валенсийцы добавляли в рис то,что было под рукой-рыбу,улиток,фасоль,креветки,мидии,мясо птицы ,кролика.Рис прекрасно впитывал и смешивал вкусы разнообразных ингредиентов.Вскоре паэлья стала любимым и популярным блюдом по всей Испании.
Состав:
Рис круглый 250-300г
курица 500г
фасоль сваренная 300г
помидоры черри или другие 300г
шафран или куркума 1 ч л
соль по вкусу и перец
оливковое масло 0.5 стакана
вода 1 стакан
Paella is the national Spanish dish. Paella used to be considered the usual food of Valencian peasants. Valencians added to rice what was at hand - fish, snails, beans, shrimp, mussels, poultry, rabbit. Rice perfectly absorbed and mixed the tastes of various ingredients. Soon Paella has become a favorite and popular dish throughout Spain.
Compound:
Round rice 250-300g
chicken 500g
beans welded 300g
cherry tomatoes or other 300g
saffron or turmeric 1 tsp
salt to taste and pepper
olive oil 0.5 cup
water 1 glass
