Goldfish crackers Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoon unsalted butter, cold
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon cold water
Instructions:
1. Add the shredded cheese, flour, salt and butter to a food processor and pulse it in increments until it forms.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water to the food processor and pulse until it starts to form into a dough.
3. Place the dough onto a surface and lightly knead it to come together.
4. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
6. Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Use a small cookie cutter to cut out small shapes.
7. Re-roll the dough and cut out more cracker shapes. Repeat this process until all of the dough is used up. Place the shapes on a parchment paper lined pan.
8. Bake the crackers for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown. The total cook time will depend on the thickness of your crackers. Keep eye on the crackers as they can burn quickly.
