In this episode of the GLOBENERGIA Energy Talk Show, we analyze the position of the Ministry of Climate and Environment on one of the assumptions of the four-pack for prosumers - minimum prices for photovoltaics and changes in the net-billing system from July 2024. What challenges do prosumers face and what are the regulatory proposals?
Can energy storage prices drop significantly in 2024? We will look for the answer to this question in the context of cheaper lithium-ion battery cells, which may change the energy storage market. We will also learn why the technologies used allow wind turbines to operate even in extreme frost conditions.
With our guest - Janusz Starościk from the SPIUG Association, we introduce viewers to the topic of thermal energy storage. We will analyze who this solution is particularly beneficial for, how it differs from storing electricity and what benefits it brings. We will also consider effective methods of storing thermal energy in the context of sustainable development and environmental protection.
Finally, the topic of the clean transport zone in Krakow returns. We will look at the decision of the administrative court to invalidate the resolution regarding the clean transport zone and discuss the controversy surrounding this issue.
