I get thin - 5,300 for 2 days
The second day of the diet is over and my result is -5300 for 2 DAYS.
The result is very good but the question torments me. Why did I gain so many extra kilos? How did it happen?
I now weigh 40 pounds more than my normal weight. You just imagine it as a piece of meat on the table. And I wear this constantly. This is a huge burden on the body.
