The keyboard shortcuts in this video are to auto-fix project issues, move the cursor by words, reformat code, comment/uncomment a code block, autocomplete, move a code block up/down, rename a variable/method/class, and use multiple cursors. The key idea behind Android Studio efficiency (and any other software!) is to avoid using your mouse.
