In today's video, we discuss The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion's tragic and horrific quest titled: The Forlorn Watchman. Traveling around Bravil, the player hears rumors of a ghost who wanders the shores of the Niben Bay. By talking to a local inn owner, he tells the player the specifics of the spirit sailor and marks where to find him. After some time, the ghost of the sailor tells you his name and asks you to release his spirit. Through some more information, adventuring and dialogue, the player finds the resting place of the lost soul. It is here that the player also uncovers a more sinister and dark truth.
