For the time being, sharing with you another tip to find the issue "Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt" on your blog URL or any page of your respective blog. For this purpose, you go to Google Search Console with your gamil id used for blog, click on "coverage" option prevailing in the middle of the left pan, the pan on right side give you information of errors or issues on your blog or websites. if both boxes show erros and issues, then disable the one in which your are not interested, in present case, only issue is associated with validate box, click on it, and find the required information right below the box with title "Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt.
