User bbbbb from YouTube asked if you can re-ignite a satchel charge that you have placed but does not detonate since dropped charges/explosives, etc… cannot be lit by the igniter. The answer is yes, the igniter can in-fact relight a dud satchel charge, repeatedly, until it detonates.
