INGREDIENTS:

• 4 cups boiling water
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice, optional
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and dried mint leaves to a teapot.
2. Pour boiling water over the leaves.
3. Cover and let it steep for about 10-15 min, depending on how strong you want the flavor.
4. Strain the tea into a pitcher and sweeten if desired.
5. Enjoy hot or cold. For refreshening cold drink, serve over ice cubes, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
