In this video I will be showing you how to quickly set up and work with a proxy workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
Editing with slow, laggy footage is one of the most annoying and time consuming things when editing. You can make your edits so much faster and stress free with just a couple minutes of setup!

I used Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 in this video, however it works exactly the same in 2015 versions and above :)
