What an honor!
It’s crazy I am now thankful for the hard days, because it has created the empathetic and resilient person I am today. For anyone struggling to accomplish something, I hope you know that you can do it. Don’t be afraid to try new things, be brave, and adapt in order to get to where you want to go. This is something I tell myself as well as I set out to accomplish new things.
Thank you to the women of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, the United Nations, and Tunde Sobomehin for making this happen. Also thank you to everyone that has supported me and this page as I set out to encourage others to achieve things we once thought were not meant for us.
