Acrorip V10.3 RIP software works on the Epson Expression Photo HD XP-15000 Printer. It is important to use the correct settings depending on the PAPER SIZE that you are printing to, and also to ensure you have entered the correct page width that the PRINTER is capable of printing to (which is 13 inches). Both the PAPER SIZE (which is set in the View - Template tab) and the PRINTER PRINTABLE WIDTH SIZE (which is set in the Layout - Page Width section) need to be properly set. This video shows what those settings need to be for A4 paper / film and also A3 film.

It is also important to note that some film is more translucent/transparent than other film, and since printer has sensors that serve the purpose of sensing the paper to identify the width of the paper, if the printer's sensors do not recognize the film properly (such as if it is too transparent and the sensors don't "see" the full width of the film), the printer may not print to the edges of the film - this does not have to do with the RIP, it has to do with the printer sensors not sensing the film (the printer is expecting paper, not transparent film). If this occurs, you could add a few sheets of paper behind the film and this should fool the printer into sensing the full width of the film.
