Here is my minor key version of "My Country, 'Tis of Thee" performed with the anti-slavery verses written in 1843 by A.G. Duncan. During that time, it was a trend to rewrite the lyrics of popular songs with ones that brought attention to the abolitionist movement. I thought these modified verses were more fitting to the somber tone brought by the minor key. Hope you enjoy!
