A very simple and affordable recipe for delicious chocolate paste. If you add chopped hazelnuts, it will taste very similar to Nutella from the store. I don't add nuts. The composition of the store-bought Nutella and this chocolate paste is very similar, only the store-bought one still has all sorts of additives such as preservatives, flavors, etc.

Milk - 100-150 g (the less milk, the thicker the chocolate paste will turn out)
Vegetable oil - 150-200 g (be sure to take odorless oil)
Powdered milk or infant formula - 1 tbsp.
Cocoa - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. (taste)
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Chopped nuts - 50 g (optional)

1. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to warm milk. Then you can proceed in two ways: 1) pour vegetable oil in a thin stream, adjusting the density as desired; 2) pour in all the vegetable oil at once, beat the butter with milk, holding the blender leg at the bottom of the glass, then slowly raising it. The more milk and less butter, the thinner the paste will be, and vice versa.
2. Add milk powder, cocoa, mix until completely homogeneous. Optionally, you can add any nuts, but first they need to be ground in a coffee grinder.
3. Let the paste brew for 1 hour and you can eat. After refrigeration, the chocolate paste will be even thicker.
