ATI's AC-90 Axially-Compliant Deburring Tool is ideal for robotic edge-deburring and chamfering of aluminum, steel, plastic, and other materials. The AC-90 uses a rotary cutting burr and maintains a consistent result from part-to-part due to axial compliance. It features a floating head design enabling the tool to react instantaneously to variances in part position or robot path with minimal chatter.
In this application from Bastian Solutions, the AC-90 increases robotic productivity of the work cell by allowing the robot to deburr parts immediately after machining.
