I'm really baffled when I see leaders not making video content to educate their audiences.
How much of your personality is hidden?
How can you truly expect your audience to connect with you on a deep level?
How do you show instead of tell?
You might have grown an audience up to 1M followers, but if there's no video content, imagine the number of people you'll be missing out on.
Whether you're selling something or not, I'd rather learn from your video explanations to determine whether I should continue learning from you or not.
If you're mainly relying on Linkedin text posts and newsletters without a supplementary video...
Don't be surprised if your competitors take your market share because audiences found a way to resonate with that leader over you because they took the time to show and express their valuable lessons and personality.
