BUYING AN APARTMENT IN TURKEY: how my property is built in Alanya - Avsallar Turkey 2022
🏡 In the summer I decided to buy an apartment in Turkey and move to Avsallar (Alanya). In this video I will show how quickly my house with hotel infrastructure is being built. I am doing a review of the residential complex (construction is underway) and the area.
🏙️ A residential complex with the infrastructure of a 5 * hotel in Alanya is:
• apartment with a fine finish, plumbing and kitchen
• 24/7 security, video surveillance, closed territory
• green garden in the yard, parking
• indoor and outdoor pools, recreation areas with barbecue pavilions
• sports: fitness, tennis, basketball
• spa area: hammam, sauna
• ping-pong, billiards, playgrounds, etc.
• transfer and own area on the beach
💰 I bought a one-room apartment (1 + 1) with an area of 51 m2 in the Art Life Avsallar complex, a 15-minute walk from the sea for 45 thousand euros. The contract was concluded at the first stage of sales (in April 2022, a one-room apartment in my residential complex already cost 65 thousand euros). Completion date for the house is September 2022.
😍 Avsallar has everything for a comfortable life: a farmer's market on Wednesdays, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, schools and sports clubs, parks and playgrounds. To the center of Alanya - 20 minutes by car (~ 23 km).
