Update to the motor issue on my Onsra Black Carve 2 Direct Drive, it’s been about 3 months since I did the last video and it’s now fixed… but why did it take so long?
I think not enough new companies… and esk8 companies put enough emphasis on their customer service… but Onsra really came through for me on this one.
Thanks for Fabi, Matt and Christian for the great service and getting me back on the road.
