Here is a brand new tutorial on how to setup android SDK 2018 in Unity error fix is included! if you have any other question feel free to comment below! [=
If you still having issues with creating an APK - check the following things:
1. Make sure that JDK & SDK are the correct path in Unity external tools window
2. If the JDK & SDK paths are correct and the build is still not working - download the old sdk like in the video at part 03:59.
3. Restart your computer after installing JDK.
