This issue occurs because you have installed windows updates and there is an issue to install one or more updates. To resolve this issue we need to delete the updates from applying on to your machine.
You will need a windows 10 install media, If you dont have this you can create one as per the steps in this video • How to Create Official Windows 10 Boo...
Boot to the windows 10 media and run the command prompt, then type in the following commands
D:
cd D:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
del . /a /s /f /q
Then reboot your machine and you should be able to boot to your desktop.
