Risk of Rain 2 (Modded) - Nemesis Enforcer - Eclipse 1 Final Boss
this has to be my favorite modded character.
its got great animations, amazing skills, and a great passive.
is it OP? maybe, further testing needed.
is it fun? definetly.
I will probably be doing more eclipse runs on this guy.

Enforcer (2.2.4)
-some config settings enabled (cursed, dedede, global invasions, maybe more)
Starstorm 2 (0.3.11)
Aetherium (0.5.1)
There are other mods i have installed, but they did not affect this run (more character mods, item mod for scepter but scepter is useless on nemesis, etc)
