In Shenmue II you show Zhang the 'Letter To Father' at the Dou Jiang Diner in the Lucky Charm Qr. But hidden on disc 1 of the Game Jam Prototype there is an unfinished alternate version that takes place at Lotus Park in the South Carmain Qr.
To view the scene including a super easy QTE enter the following at the title screen debug menu: SCENE: 01, AREA: WK00, ENTRY: 80.
It features unfinished animations, missing objects, the letter, a flashback to the barber shop, an easy QTE, a team up free battle, mentions Miao Village and more.
