This has to be one of the craziest coin hunts I have gotten the chance to do. It is a glimpse in the life of a US, world, and ancient coin dealer - and today we had the chance to focus on ancient coins. The vast majority of the items in front of us are from the 4th Century AD, when the Roman Empire saw its downfall (without good efforts to unite the Empire from Constantine the Great and numerous others). It was highly inflationary, and during that period, the following coins were minted in droves. I bought this group and quickly searched it for items of particularly exciting value, history, or rare types. Tell me how you think I did!
