Il Kenpo Jyutsu è un eccellente metodo di autodifesa e di combattimento.
Il Muscarà Kenpo Jyutsu praticato nella nostra scuola è una forma moderna di Kenpo in cui tecniche di percussione (calci, pugni, gomitate, ginocchiate) combinate insieme con tecniche di proiezione, tecniche di svincolo, leve articolari, difesa a terra, ecc.., danno vita ad un metodo di autodifesa efficace e in continua evoluzione, quanto più vicino possibile al combattimento reale.
