Here's how to make the hyper zoom effect in Premiere Pro. Quite an easy effect to achieve! All you need is the BCC plugin - as we're going to use the "Radial Blur" effect. You can improve this transition by adding in some scales so there is some sort of motion. Exposure is optional, but adds the cherry on top to the transition!
