TDR #8 | Slivovica - A cask matured Czech plumb brandy from a family owned distillery
Today in The Different Review we are tasting a Czech plum brandy called Slivovica.
The brandy was matured in a oak cask and this gives it its beautiful golden colour.
This was made in the Czech Republic by the family-run producer Zufanek. This distillery has existed since 2000 and produces exclusively organic fruits.
They offer a large selection of different fruit brandies.

Heute verkosten wir im The Different Review einen tschechischen Pflaumen Brandy mit dem Namen Slivovica.
Der Brandy wurde in einem Holzfass gereift und erhält dadurch seinen wunderschönen goldenen Farbton.
Hergestellt wurde dieser in Tschechien von dem familiengeführten Produzenten Zufanek. Diese Distillerie besteht seit 2000 und produziert ausschließlich organische Früchte.
Sie bieten eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Obstbränden an.
