AJA: Color Box 3.0 for DITs and new Kona IP 25 explained
There was a whole range of new products to discover at the AJA stand at IBC. For example, the colour box, which is particularly popular with DITs, has new functions with the 3.0 firmware update. In addition, AJA has now also launched an Open Gear version and, with the Kona IP 25, AJA has introduced an SMPTE ST 2110-capable version of its Kona desktop card.
We found the new, integrated 4K to HD converter, the ACES and the ARRI Alexa S35 LogC4 implementation in the ColorBox update particularly exciting.
