Bringing back the power of pre-nerf Chroma.
This is undoubtedly the strongest Chroma to ever grace the game, easily rivaling and surpassing his original form. This is Primeval Chroma. Surpassing even Eclipse, this is possibly the most powerful hotdrop setup to exist. Cast your buffs and forget about them. No fancy setup, no buff condition maintenance. Just cast and go. No need to worry about self-damage like Vex Armor. Luckily, this works perfectly with traditional Chroma polarities, so you should all be able to slap this on.
Now for those wondering on TL;DW, this interaction today only works with hitscan weapons. It does not work with projectiles, AoE, or melee. On the other hand, the Vex Armor base damage buff double dips for Glaives and Exodia Contagion, so if you're looking to main those, then keep Vex Armor instead and subsume on say, Breach Surge or something.
A build so strong even a modless Mk1-Furis can kill L160 Corrupted Heavy Gunners. So strong that even an unfinished Ignis Wraith build melts every single enemy you face, including armored Steel Path Grineer. This is what Chroma was meant to be. And this is how we will answer the Sentient's call to battle.
