Share Market LIVE Updates on August 30: The 30-share Sensex continued its upward trend for the ninth consecutive session, closing at 82,365.77, up 231.16 points or 0.28%. Similarly, the Nifty50 also ended the session positively, reaching new highs for the 11th straight day. It closed at 25,235.90, up 83.95 points or 0.33%.
Among the sectoral indices, Nifty Realty and Nifty Pharma stood out as the top gainers, with gains of 1.83% and 1.48%, respectively. Following them were Nifty Midsmall Healthcare, which gained 1.4%, Nifty Auto with 0.59% gains, and Nifty IT with 0.46% gains.
